In this role, you’ll design, build and deploy automation solutions that streamline how teams work, leveraging modern automation tools, AI capabilities, and enterprise SaaS systems. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver practical, scalable solutions and gain hands-on experience with automation, AI, and system integrations. This role is suitable for graduates as well as candidates with some early-career experience who are eager to grow their skills. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or custom GPT integrations. Develop and support AI-powered tools and assistants using GPT models and prompt engineering. Administer, configure, and integrate workflows across core business systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk, CXOne). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver automation use cases. Test, debug, and monitor automation solutions to ensure security, reliability, and performance. Produce and maintain documentation, runbooks, and training materials to support adoption across the business. What are we looking for? A graduate or early-career professional with an interest in automation, AI, and improving business processes. Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate or Zapier, or experience with automation projects. Familiarity with AI/GPT-powered tools, including prompt creation or assistant configuration, or a willingness to learn. Some scripting or programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript or Python) and understanding of APIs, JSON, or integration patterns. Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or telephony systems is desirable but not essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
