The Role
The Enrolment and Curriculum Support Officer should provide administrative, reporting and timetabling support to the Principal, Deputy Principals and teaching staff. They will ideally maintain and monitor a range of administrative and curriculum related databases to ensure integrity of school data, extract and generate reports, and provide data to the school administration team to enhance school operations. High level ICT skills, including the ability to use spreadsheets to manipulate data, will all be highly regarded.
The role may also involve support for other areas of school operations as required. The complex nature of the role would be ideal for an applicant to be a hardworking individual, with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant should have exceptional organisational and time management skills and the ability to effectively work autonomously as required.
