Experienced Service Administrator required for our client based in the Medway Towns.
Duties will include:-
Liaising with customers to book in the engineers to carry out planned preventative maintenance
Booking engineers to carry out reactive works - booking around existing schedules
Answering the phones, directing and screening calls
To monitor payments received within the accounts department and process accordingly
Take credit card payments over the phone
Sending risk and method statements for future works (PPM's / Remedial Works)
Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, together with a good understanding of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a service / administrative role and have experience of working in a busy service / logistics environment
