Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
* Provide menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and waiting areas.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
* Assist in training new staff members as needed to uphold service standards.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A keen attention to detail to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
