Salary: £115,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements: We need an executive-level leader with experience in digital transformation, ideally within the education sector. We need a proven track record of leading digital transformation across multiple sites. We need experience working closely with a wider executive leadership team to deliver organisational change. We need ownership experience of a digital or technology strategy. We need experience developing and leading cyber security strategy. We need experience managing and developing a team. We need a strong understanding of how technology impacts education and learner outcomes. We need a passion for working in the education sector. We need the ability to operate at senior strategic level and provide credible advice to executive stakeholders. We need someone able to work hybrid, with a weekly presence at our Staffordshire head office. Responsibilities: We will have you lead the development and delivery of our trust-wide digital and IT strategy. We will have you set digital priorities, investment plans and measurable outcomes. We will have you oversee our digital landscape and establish a transformation roadmap. We will have you drive our transition to a coherent enterprise architecture across platforms, integrations and data flows. We will have you work closely with colleagues at head office and across our academies to support digital change. We will have you champion innovation and modernisation across our schools and central services. We will have you provide strategic advice to our CEO and Trustees. We will have you oversee core systems and infrastructure to ensure they are secure, resilient and scalable. We will have you drive value for money through procurement and vendor management. We will have you lead our cyber security strategy, including risk management, incident response and digital resilience. We will have you promote cyber awareness across our organisation. We will have you establish and embed our trust-wide data governance framework. We will have you ensure our data is high quality, consistent and accessible for decision-making. We will have you identify opportunities to use emerging technologies, especially AI, to improve teaching, learning and organisational effectiveness. We will have you ensure our digital platforms and tools meet the needs of our schools and have a positive impact on teaching and learning. We will have you provide regular updates to our CEO and Board. We will have you lead major digital transformation programmes. We will have you support the professional development of our IT and digital teams.
