Key Responsibilities:
As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of driving revenue through proactive outreach:
Generate new business through outbound Sales activity
Build relationships with large companies and corporate clients
Sell rooms, events, and corporate contracts
Identify and target new market opportunities, including Southampton
Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to maximise performance
Manage and grow a strong pipeline of business opportunities
What we're looking for:
We're seeking a confident and experienced Sales Manager who can hit the ground running:
Proven background in proactive Sales and business development
Experience selling within hospitality or a similar environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
