Pay: £14.50 per hour / Weekly Pay
Hours: 37+ hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Sunday – between 06:00–00:00 (rota-based)

Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting Anti-Social Behaviour Officers to support Birmingham communities.
This is a frontline role where you’ll help tackle anti-social behaviour, improve community safety, and support vulnerable individuals. Working alongside partners and local authorities, you’ll play a key role in creating safer, stronger neighbourhoods.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Carrying out high-visibility patrols to deter anti-social behaviour
• Investigating incidents and enforcing legislation (e.g. FPNs, CPNs, PSPOs)
• Engaging with communities to provide support, guidance, and reassurance
• Supporting initiatives targeting ASB, including car cruising and off-road biking
• Working closely with Police, CCTV, and partner agencies
• Gathering evidence and preparing reports for legal proceedings
• Delivering crime prevention advice and promoting community safety
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with procedures

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in enforcement, ASB, or customer-facing environments
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Good investigative and report-writing skills
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts
• Resilient, proactive, and solution-focused approach
• GCSEs (or equivalent experience) including English and Maths
• Willingness to undertake further training and qualifications

• You will receive a contract of employment separately
• Role is initially offered on a temporary basis
