Quantity Surveyor / Fund Monitor A long-established, family-owned consultancy practice in Cheshire is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Fund Monitor to support a growing portfolio of construction projects across the North West. This is a client-side consultancy role offering exposure to a varied mix of residential developments, commercial schemes, hospitality projects, and fit-out works. The business manages projects from initial feasibility through to completion, providing cost management, programme oversight, and strategic client advice throughout the full project lifecycle. The position would suit either: * An intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a broader client-side role, or * A more experienced QS / Fund Monitor seeking greater autonomy within a close-knit consultancy environment.
