Requirements Provide a central budget monitoring service for the Housing section Actively seek to recover Former Tenant Arrears due to the department Responsible for the provision of performance and benchmarking information Provide a rent accounting function for the department Provide administrative support to Rents Admin Team The Individual Significant administrative experience in a Financial environment. 5 SQA standard/O grades or equivalent at level 3 or above inc Maths/Arithmetic and English. Good IT Skills. Ability to work on own initiative and make sensible informed decisions. Ability to research and collate information. Ability to participate as a team member. Ability to deliver a high level of customer care. Self-confident and self-motivated. Effective organisational and time management skills. General awareness of budget management principles. Recent experience in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate or advanced level. Aptitude for working to a high level of accuracy. Effective team player. Effective communication and negotiating skills. Willingness to accept direction/delegation. Approachable and dependable nature. Ability to work in a shared office. Flexibility to meet the needs and demands of the service.
