Job Description
1. Coordinate and manage daily field operational activities, timelines and manage safety by actively walking the site, participating in inspections, training and meeting with staff and subcontractors regularly.
2. Monitor the overall progress of a project and work site, review processes and practices within teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality of work delivery.
3. Participate in monitoring and updating project schedule and budget with Superintendents.
4. Coordinate with subcontractors' office for recovery plans where necessary, meet regularly with staff and subcontractors to discuss progress, obstacles, challenges and assist in removing barriers to complete work in a timely fashion.
5. Reviewing drawings for accuracy of work installed
6. Reviewing contract and Exhibit B's and work performed by subs is accurate.
7. Record and maintain information such as personnel, production, project logs, and other operational data.
8. Physical demands: walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time. Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movement in performance with daily activities. Lift, carry, push, and pull amounts of weight up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Operate assigned equipment and vehicles; and to verbally communicate and exchange information.
9. Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and working with the office to keep client relations on a high note.
10. Performing quality control with all trades and work performed.
11. Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager daily and other project participants and collaborating with supervising field roles to create more efficient project methods.
12. Managing job site equipment rental
13. Overseeing the development of younger staff on the jobsite.

The Successful Applicant
14. At least fifteen (15) years of construction experience
15. Project history in tilt wall, institutional, commercial and/or medical buildings
16. Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of construction and scheduling software.
17. The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
18. Excellent management and supervision skills.
19. Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
20. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
21. Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
