Surveying Engineer Remote work
Job Description:
* We are recruiting a Technical Support Engineer (Surveying Engineer) to provide professional product training and technical support to partners and corporate customers, ensuring smooth installation, demonstration, and use of measurement and positioning equipment. This position requires on-site support, resolving customer technical issues, and assisting with product testing and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales technical support in the region to drive business results.
* Conduct product demonstrations and technical training online and offline, including for customers and internal teams.
* Track and resolve product issues, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and videos.
* Participate in product testing and provide feedback on performance and user experience improvements.
* Independently manage customer visits, trade shows, and key account support in the region.
* Responsible for on-site after-sales maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
Job Requirements:
* Proficiency in operating RTK receivers and related hardware (e.g., Trimble, Leica, Topcon, etc.).
* Familiarity with common surveying instruments such as total stations and levels.
* Experience with UAV/UAS and LiDAR data collection is preferred.
