Reporting to the Head of HR and managing a small team of Rewards professionals, the Rewards and Benefits Manager will be responsible for the organisations reward and benefits programme across all office locations. This role is pivotal in key decision making at senior Leadership level and leading the functions contribution to their company plans. This is an incredibly fast paced and varied role, with the opportunity to make an impact in driving the function forward. You will work closely with the HR Director, Head of HR and CEO to deliver annual pay review process for all staff, bench marking roles against the market and managing key stakeholders. You will also be accountable for the monthly PAYE Payroll and annual cyclical activity, managing the organisations pension scheme and regulatory obligations and leading the annual benefits renewal process.
