Our Client seeks an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is due to expansion and would suit an Accounts Assistant that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Duties of the Accounts Assistant include: Post sales and purchase invoices. Manage accounts payable mailboxes. Supplier payment runs. Customer and supplier queries, and client queries related to accounts receivable and payable. Bank account reconciliations. Day to day basic bookkeeping Provide excellent customer service. Requirement for the Accounts Assistant include: Accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping experience Confident using Microsoft (Outlook, Excel) and the ability to pick up new systems (Xero and Dext) Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build collaborative working relationships. Work effectively as part of a team. Solid attention to detail Organised and a problem solver. Flexibility, with the ability to multi-task Ability to work under time pressure and to tight deadlines.
