Senior Consultant - Business Change Manager

The Role
As a Senior Consultant in our Digital Consulting Practice, you'll help shape and deliver complex transformation programmes across Defence and wider government. You will support the adoption of digital capabilities in mission-critical environments, working closely with stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships across technical, operational, and senior leadership levels to support digital transformation.
2. Capability Integration Leadership: Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, enabling effective integration of people, processes, and technology within secure, high-stakes environments.
3. Translation & Advisory: Act as a bridge between technical delivery teams and user communities, translating complex ideas into practical, mission-driven outcomes.
4. Market Insight & Growth Enablement: Contribute to pipeline growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping client propositions, and supporting bids with insight and credibility.
5. Programme Delivery Influence: Support high-impact programme delivery by aligning frameworks, guiding change, and driving results.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll bring digital awareness, delivery experience, and Defence sector insight. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and operating with integrity in secure environments.
We are looking for candidates with:
* Sector & Cultural Awareness: Understanding of Defence environments, DLODs, and technology adoption in change-resistant cultures.
* Digital Fluency & Integration Mindset: Knowledge of ICT and digital solutions, engaging across technical and strategic domains.
* Consulting & Commercial Acumen: Experience in consulting with a strong commercial awareness, supporting client initiatives.
* Stakeholder Management & Communication: Proven ability to influence and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
* Education & Experience: A STEM degree is preferred, with 3-5 years' experience in technical or change programmes; Defence or government background is desirable.
