Overview
Were looking for a Digital Product Manager to design world-class user experiences across our digital products in British Gas, ensuring they meet commercial goals and customer needs.
About the role
Key accountabilities include:
* Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Credit Energy across Core and Partner products.
* Own and manage product backlogs, prioritising features and guiding delivery squads.
* Drive development of seamless digital journeys and end-to-end customer experiences.
* Collaborate with designers, engineers, analysts, and commercial teams.
* Gather and act on customer and partner feedback to improve NPS.
* Monitor product performance, manage improvements and bug fixes.
* Stay informed on market trends and share best practice.
What were looking for
Essential
* Experience in Digital Product Management, including backlog management, user stories, requirements, and agile delivery.
* Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and technology teams.
* Data-driven decision-making with strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication - able to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
* Solid technical understanding of web and mobile development.
Desirable
* Experience in energy or eco-tech, large organisations, and Salesforce.
