SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support Role
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis within a welcoming school in Bolton.
This role involves supporting a child with autism, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop social skills within a structured school environment.
The role:
* Provide consistent 1:1 classroom support
* Adapt tasks to suit learning needs
* Build a positive and trusting relationship
* Support routines, communication, and engagement
Ideal candidate:
* Experience with autism or SEN desirable
* Calm, patient, and nurturing approach
* Passion for supporting children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
