Key Responsibilities:
Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils to address behaviour challenges and barriers to learning.
Support students with strategies to manage emotions, regulate behaviour, and improve engagement in lessons.
Build positive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and trusted Behaviour Mentor.
Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and parents to monitor progress and support interventions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with young people, ideally in a school or youth support setting.
Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and restorative approaches.
Patient, empathetic, and able to build trust with students.
Confident managing challenging situations while maintaining a positive, professional approach.
A genuine commitment to helping young people succeed, both academically and personally.
