Job Description We are looking for a confident Care Professional to join our Responder team. The responder team, supports our existing Care Professionals with sickness and holiday cover, ensuring that quality care for our clients is maintained. You will also be working closely with the Care team, to conduct client reviews and Introductions. This will mean, you will get to know all our clients and become knowledgeable with their conditions and complexities. This role will also give you great exposure to our quality processes, building your career pathway. You will also become mentors for new Care Professionals supporting them in their Care Professional journey with Home Instead. This is a great developmental opportunity, for someone who wants to build on their skills that they have already developed. The shift pattern for this position is working on 4 days on and 4 days off, covering high client demand times. Guaranteed contracted minimum hours of 23 hours per week, any hours worked over will be paid additionally. Rate of pay: between £13.50 per hour.
