* 70:30 on work you introduce and undertake
* Referral fees of 15% on first referrals and 10% on repeat work from the same client
* 60:40 fee share on work provided to you by the firm
* Access to serviced offices in London, with additional access in Birmingham, plus the firm’s head office by the coast.
