The Role Identify and target new international markets Build and convert a strong global new-business pipeline Acquire and onboard new distributors, resellers and commercial partners Develop proposals, bids and tenders for high-value contracts Negotiate pricing and commercial terms Represent the business at international trade shows and events Report on pipeline growth and new business wins Essential Experience Proven success in international business development Strong track record in export sales and market entry strategy Experience managing international distributor and reseller networks Excellent negotiation, closing and relationship-building skills Skilled in generating and converting international new-business pipelines Comfortable working to targets and KPIs Willing and able to travel internationally Desirable Exposure to OEM/ODM procurement Strong commercial awareness and cultural understanding Attributes Proactive, entrepreneurial, resilient, commercially driven, confident networker, organised and target-focused.
