The Role
We're looking for caring, reliable people to join our team as Support Workers (Waking Nights). Whether you're experienced in care or completely new to it, we'll give you the training, confidence, and support to succeed.
As a Support Worker, you'll:
* Provide compassionate overnight support and reassurance
* Help people maintain independence and dignity
* Be part of a team that makes every day—and night—count
Shifts: 2 waking nights per week (18 hours total)
