Responsibilities
* You will oversee the entire process of event planning and execution, which includes open days, recruitment fairs, community outreach events and other promotional activities across the group.
* You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, curriculum departments, enabling teams and external partners to ensure that successful events are in alignment with the Group’s strategic goals and brand strategy.
* Monitor events, ensuring cost-effective solutions and staying within allocated funds.
* Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
* Serve as the primary point of contact during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
* Coordinate and manage volunteers, students and staff for events, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported.
* Collate feedback from event attendees, stakeholders and staff to assess events’ success and identify areas for improvement.

In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the Director of HR & Performance due to the candidate’s current salary, experience or qualifications.
