Children Looked After, South and West Devon
We are looking for an Experienced Social Worker with a passion for making positive changes to join our our dedicated and supportive Children Looked After (CLA) Team covering South & West Devon.
We believe that home is where the heart is and for most children, that means staying with their families, supported by strong, local networks and place-based support. When long-term care is needed, we work hard to deliver permanence from day one. Our dedicated CLA team implement restorative practice and relational ways of working to support children in building lifelong connections with their families and communities.
About the Role
As an Experienced Social Worker within Children Looked After you will be supported by a skilled, experienced and knowledgeable management team.

About You

5. A recognised social work qualification and SWE registration
6. Completion of your ASYE
7. Experience in multi-agency and court settings
8. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
9. A deep understanding of children’s social work legislation and theory
