JOB TITLE: EXAM ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS ADMINISTRATOR - INCLUSIVE LEARNING
LOCATION: KING'S LYNN (WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO OTHER CAMPUSES)
HOURS: 15 PER WEEK (ANY 2 FULL DAYS)
SALARY: £10,333 - £10,418 (£25,489 - £25,699 FTE)
Due to continued investment and growth in our inclusive learning provision we are recruiting to exciting new roles to provide an additional layer of support to our learners.
We are recruiting to a brand new Exam Access Arrangement Administrator role based in our Inclusive Learning team. This is a key role providing administrative support to the Exams and Inclusive Learning teams to ensure that all our students have access to support for their exams to enable them to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
* Maintain access arrangement records including approvals, tracking, reporting and more.
* Utilise a variety of IT systems and programmes including web-based, Microsoft and bespoke systems.
* Support the Exams and Inclusive Learning teams in the administration of exam access arrangements.
* Demonstrate flexibility during busy periods with regard to working hours and potential time off in lieu or overtime to compensate.
* Adapt to occasions when an earlier start to the day and/or later finish is needed.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent IT skills and the ability to use a range of IT systems and programmes.
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
* Ability to work as part of a team within a busy exams environment.
