Role: Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Bexhill
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
(Alternative work patterns may be considered, minimum 29 hours / 4 days per week)
Pay: £25,000+ per annum, depending on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, a rapidly growing firm with multiple offices across Sussex.

Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Friendly team player with a professional and courteous manner
* Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience in a professional services or accountancy environment (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to represent the business positively and professionally at all times
Role
* Answering and forwarding incoming calls
* Greeting and welcoming clients
* Setting up and booking meeting facilities and rooms
* Completing administrative tasks such as typing letters, scanning, responding to emails, and handling post
* Providing general administrative support to other members of the team
