About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team, based at our centre in Castleford. The role involves calling prospective customers (inbound and outbound) to generate leads and book appointments for the territory field sales team members.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Direct selling to customers and prospects.
* Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
* Utilising data from a CRM base to promote forklift product solutions and services.

* Experience of traditional and online interaction with customers desirable but not essential.
* PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
