What Product/team you will be working on: Revenue/Sales
As a Director of Sales, your primary focus will be to increase sales of Amagi’s media SaaS solutions and managed services. You will be the primary business owner for customers in your assigned region. Customers shall include both traditional broadcasters, as well as streaming TV-focused content owners.
This is a hands-on sales role. The role will require you to actively work with individual customers to understand customer business objectives, requirements, and pain points, and orchestrate the value that Amagi can bring to the customer.
Job Responsibilities:
* Build, own, and execute a sales plan for the region.
* Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Account management for existing clients.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required; Master's degree preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in selling technology/content/services within the Broadcast TV ecosystem, Streaming TV ecosystem, or Cloud-based/SaaS/IaaS/PaaS products.
* Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
* Excellent technical understanding, ideally with a background in software and technology.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to navigate complex organizations.
* Self-driven, passionate, and entrepreneurial attitude.
* Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
