The role

NHS Scotland is offering an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant and Quality Administrator to support the Forth Valley Quality office. This role includes managing daily office functions and providing secretarial support to the Head of Efficiency, Improvement and Innovation.

The candidate will oversee the office's day-to-day operations, handle diary management, and act as the first point of contact for enquiries. Essential qualifications include excellent keyboard and minute-taking skills and experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
