Due to expansion & growth in our clinical trials department, we now have an exciting opportunity available for a 'Senior Training Co-Ordinator' to join our UK team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focussed with excellent organisational skills and a Minimum of 1 years' experience administrating a Learning Management System (eg. Moodle).
Vitalograph is a leading manufacturer of medical respiratory diagnostic devices and software, used in the diagnosis of respiratory disorders, and advanced high-reliability equipment and software systems used in respiratory end-point clinical drug trials. We have designed, developed, and manufactured respiratory diagnostic devices, software, and consumables for healthcare professionals, for 60 years. Headquartered in the UK, Vitalograph has operations in Ireland, Germany, and the USA.
Responsibilities as a Senior Training Co-Ordinator:
* Development and Maintenance of the Learning Management System, Moodle.
* Development of work and written instructions on the eLearning process.
* Liaising with Data Management for the ongoing development of customer-focussed training reports.
* Creation and design of SCORM compliant e-learning material using iSpring authoring tool.
* Manage the creation of study-specific training material development.
* Working alongside third-party vendors (printing and video production) to develop and deliver training materials
* Providing regular reports to management on external training activity.
* Working alongside the appropriate Project Management Teams to ensure the timely delivery of study-specific training materials.
* Proactively updating the templates for videos, presentations, and manuals.
* Identifying areas for improvement in our external training services.
* Other responsibilities required for training services as determined by the Training Manager.
Essential Requirements as a Senior Training Co-Ordinator:
Ability to use Microsoft packages, including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent Written English communication.
Ability to create e-learning modules and packages.
Managing tasks and/or personnel.
E-learning design and Learning Management System Operation.
Understanding Medical and Clinical Trials terminology.
Understanding of Clinical Trials.
Minimum 1 year experience administrating a Learning Management System (eg. Moodle).
Working to deadlines.
Maths and English GCSE A-C (or equivalent).
Desirable:
Knowledge of Videopads video editing software
Knowledge of Moodle Learning Management System
Knowledge of iSpring authoring tool
Reporting of data and metrics to management
Medical communications (written)
Development of learning materials (eg. manuals, presentations)
Undergraduate degree
