Naomi House & Jacksplace provide expert care to children, young adults & families from across central southern England. We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Events Executive (Maternity Cover) to help us make an even bigger impact.
Why This Role Matters
We have a varied portfolio of fundraising events each year, and every event you would deliver will help raise vital funds for families who need us most. From a Marathon Walk and Santa Fun Run to a Comedy Night and Sunrise Walk, you’ll be at the heart of creating experiences that inspire and connect.
What You’ll Do
* Support with planning and delivering a diverse portfolio of events
* Support and empower participants on their fundraising journey, helping them hit their goals.
* Work collaboratively with the Events Team Leader while managing your own events and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
What We're Looking for:
Someone who thrives on variety, loves people, is highly organised and can juggle multiple projects with creativity and precision.

Benefits:
* Salary: £26,000–£27,500 FTE p.a. (dependant on experience)
* Hours: 22.5–37.5 per week (to be discussed with candidates)
* Contract: Maternity Cover, Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, starting beginning of 2026.
* Availability: Some evenings and weekends when there are events

Naomi House nursing and medical staff provide individualised care that helps to enhance short lives and supports families to make the most of their precious time with their children.
Jacksplace is the only hospice for young adults in the South of England. The medical and care teams offer specialist care, often over many years, and uphold the dignity and independence of young adults accessing the service.
Naomi House & Jacksplace will be there on good days, difficult days and last days.
