We are looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join the team at a busy venue, a well-regarded countryside pub known for its high-quality, seasonal food and welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Running and maintaining your section to a high standard Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes with attention to detail Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are always met Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu execution What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure A positive attitude and team-focused approach Reliability and punctuality Important: Due to our rural location, you must be able to drive and have access to your own transport.
