Join our rapidly growing team at Evelyn in the North East, engaging with regionally focused clients, including large SMEs and high net worth individuals. This role offers opportunities in advisory, compliance, and project management, providing a unique chance to develop your career and strategic skills.
About the role
Build and develop trusted relationships with current and potential clients. Provide personalized investment advice and portfolio management, ensuring portfolios align with the company’s investment philosophies and processes.
* Support client needs
* Develop existing client relationships through effective ongoing service, minimizing attrition, and generating new instructions and referrals
* Lead client meetings professionally, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to client needs
* Construct and maintain suitable portfolios based on client requirements, circumstances, tax situations, and risk attitudes
* Review portfolios regularly and make adjustments in consultation with colleagues
* Collaborate with Financial Planning and Professional Services colleagues to develop client relationships
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records in line with Group policy
Qualifications
What we're looking for
* Minimum Level 6 Qualified or Chartered status
* Understanding of the financial services industry and investment markets
* Experience managing client investment portfolios and providing investment advice
* Experience remodeling portfolios to align with investment policies
* Technical knowledge of investment management strategies and effective communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience leading pitches and acquiring new business
* Understanding of risk management within a private client business
