Implement supplier improvement plans in collaboration with Quality
Work cross-functionally with Production, Design, Stores, and Accounts
Identify and deliver opportunities for process, productivity, and quality improvements
Act with professionalism, integrity, and accountability at all times
What we're looking for
Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly milled and turned components
Experience assessing supplier capability and managing technical supply chains
Analytical, organised, and detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Confident communicator, able to influence internally and externally
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
What's on offer
Competitive salary
Company pension
Private medical insurance
Group life assurance and income protection
Employee incentive plan
Flexible working, including a 9-day fortnight (every other Friday off)
Why join?
You'll be trusted to make decisions, encouraged to challenge and improve processes, and supported to develop your skills in a technically rich, fast-moving engineering environment.
When you give your best, you'll be rewarded with flexibility, progression, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
