Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association to recruit for a Customer Research & Insight Manager on a permanent contract
As the successful candidate you will have experience working within Customer Research
The duties will include:
* Project based work around methods of research and understanding of customer pain points
* Working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure actioning of research results
* Overhaul interaction systems including the design and creation of additional surveys relating to customer satisfaction
* Understand customer journey
* Carry out quantitative and qualitative research
* Managing an insight analyst
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Extensive Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods
* Creating, updating and distributing of surveys to collect data
* Strong spoken, written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
