You will play a key role in developing best-in-class project management practices while consistently delivering outstanding results for clients and meeting financial targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new project opportunities through strong business relationships Prepare customer proposals based on optimal technical and commercial solutions Manage projects end-to-end with full P&L responsibility Oversee multiple projects and report on budget and schedule variances Define and control project scope in line with company procedures Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety through supervision, inspections and monitoring Conduct site inspections and prepare risk assessments Obtain relevant permits and approvals required for project delivery Act as the main point of contact for engineers and technicians for contractual and technical matters Provide regular updates to senior management across multiple projects Manage supplier procurement and deliveries Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and maintain accurate site records Lead accident investigations and report incidents in line with company procedures Requirements * Experience delivering on-site engineering projects (water industry experience desirable but not essential) * Strong ability to define and manage project scope * Experience developing project schedules and delivery plans * Engineering qualification: * HND (essential) * BEng (preferred) * BSc (preferred) * PRINCE2 Practitioner certification * Strong analytical and commercial skills * Proven ability to motivate and lead teams * Full UK driving licence * Right to work in the UK on a permanent basis
