About the Role
This is an opportunity for a proven Senior Protection Advisor to take full ownership of a warm, high-quality lead flow generated from five established mortgage advisers. With 120–150 mortgage cases flowing into the business per month, the protection gap is significant, and you will be the person leading the transformation.
You will become the firm’s lead protection specialist with the pathway to grow, develop and manage your own team. Meetings are pre-booked directly into your diary, giving you the perfect platform to perform at the highest level from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover
* Convert 120–150 high-quality mortgage leads per month (meetings booked for you)
* Drive protection revenue growth across an underserved pipeline
* Build and manage a growing protection team
* Work closely with the operational and mortgage teams to maximise lead penetration
Package & Earnings
* Base Salary: £40,000
* Commission: 15% after 2x validation
* OTE Six Figures
* Progression required to build and manage a Protection division
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven success as a high-performing Protection Adviser/Broker
* Strong closing ability with consultative sales skills
* Experience handling high volumes of warm leads
* Commercially switched-on with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
* Ambitious, driven, and motivated by progression and high earnings
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment
