At Buddies, we’re on a mission to make oral care simple, sustainable, and accessible for everyone — from kids learning to brush, to adults and care-home residents who need adapted solutions.
Our award-winning toothpaste system is designed to make brushing easy and enjoyable, and we’re now expanding across the dental, pharmacy, and healthcare sectors.
We’re looking for someone who understands these worlds — ideally with a dentistry or pharmaceutical background — to help us grow meaningful partnerships and bring Buddies to more people who need it most.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving new business and building relationships across dental practices, care providers, pharmacies, and healthcare distributors.
It’s a hands-on, proactive role for someone who loves connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Reaching out to new potential clients and developing strong relationships.
* Managing existing accounts and supporting them with stock and training needs.
* Attending dental and healthcare events to represent Buddies.
* Working closely with marketing and operations to make sure everything runs smoothly.
* Keeping on top of your sales pipeline and targets.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in dental, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
* Someone confident and personable, with the ability to build trust quickly.
* A genuine interest in improving oral health and wellbeing.
* Self-motivated, organised, and happy working independently.
* UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to clients when needed.
