We are passionate about supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health diagnosis, including behaviour that challenges. What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work: 20 - 37.5 Hours Per Week: 07:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 07:00 - 22:00 + Some Weekend Work
* Start each shift by signing the communication book and attending the verbal handover.
* Tasks are based on the service diary and individual activity plans.
* Daily tasks vary based on the individuals' activities, which can include domestic chores, budgeting, outings, etc.
* These can be:
o Appointments
o Medication
o Write daily reports
o Key working sessions
o Other activities
