Opportunity: Working within legal executive search means operating at partner and leadership level. You will be advising on senior mandates with six-figure salaries and average fees exceeding $250k, requiring a polished, articulate, and confident approach.

The Role:
* Leading full-cycle executive search mandates, from market intelligence and mapping through to partner placement
* Building and managing deep relationships with top-tier lawyers and law firm leadership in Germany
* Driving cross-border searches involving Germany, the UK, the US, and other key jurisdictions
* Identifying and executing on strategic opportunities such as firm launches, team moves, and practice build-outs
* Establishing yourself as a go-to expert on the German legal market within the business
* Working closely with the firm’s high-performing lead consultant for Germany
About You:
* Proven experience covering the German market as a 360 recruiter (sector agnostic)
* Experience in recruitment, executive search, or high-end professional services; backgrounds in law, consulting, finance, or B2B sales are also welcomed
* Strong research, market mapping, and analytical capability
* Confidence engaging senior partners and leadership teams
* High drive, curiosity, emotional intelligence, and ambition to progress quickly
