Senior Gas Maintenance Administrator (Domestic Gas Maintenance)

Job Overview
Experienced gas maintenance planner/administrator needed for a large maintenance specialist with housing and MOD contracts across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Hampshire. Work alongside a contracts manager and field-based installation engineers to plan and coordinate engineers for domestic boiler repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance. Operations based out of Larkhill, Salisbury.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with clients, senior management and field engineers via face‑to‑face, phone and email.
* Arrange service and repair appointments directly with customers and client representatives and schedule these with the appropriate engineer using company planning software (full training provided).
* Review completed job reports and update electronic records.
* Report on contract performance KPI’s to the contracts manager.
* Raise, issue and process purchase orders using SAGE accounting software and monitor spending on each job.
* Support the sales process by contacting customers, handling enquiries via telephone and email and ensuring a positive customer journey.
* Comply with and support company procedures.
Requirements
* Good understanding of basic Microsoft packages including Excel and Teams.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work independently and in a busy office environment as part of a team.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
* Confident communication with a range of stakeholders.
* Previous administration/scheduling experience required.
* Previous office scheduling role experience beneficial but not essential – dedicated training will be provided.
