Job Description:

As a New Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to grow our customer base and deliver exceptional value to businesses across the UK. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, while also managing and converting warm leads provided to you.

Salary: £40,000 OTE (Including £25,000 basic) – Uncapped Commission

Location: Nelson (5 days office based)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM


Key Responsibilities:

* Generating new business through proactive cold calling and lead follow-up
* Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored sales solutions
* Managing your own sales pipeline and working to monthly revenue and KPI targets
* Identifying key decision makers and initiating conversations with potential clients
* Maintaining accurate records and follow-ups in our CRM systems
* Receiving coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance

Qualifications


What we are looking for

* Experience in sales or business development (B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential)
* Confident communicators with excellent phone and written communication skills
* Ability to build and manage client relationships professionally and effectively
* Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Proactive, organized, eager to learn and grow
