Job Purpose
As a Bank Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the unit through a range of administrative tasks and reception duties. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

Main Tasks
* Provide general administrative support to the unit, including data entry.
* Cover reception duties as required, including greeting visitors, answering calls and handling enquiries.
* Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed.
* Assist with booking appointments and managing diaries.
* Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and safeguarding policies.
Requirements
* Previous experience in administration and/or reception work is desirable.
* Strong IT and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain professional, calm and welcoming at all times.
* Flexible approach to working hours, including the ability to cover shifts at short notice. Reception shift cover hours are 7.30am to 8pm and include weekends.
* Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding when working in a healthcare setting.
