We are a multi-site, well established, 1st opinion, RCVS Accredited, SA practice, based in and around Tameside and Manchester. The main site is in an excellent location and has a tram, bus and train station within easy walking distance. You will only be 5 minutes away from a beautiful Country park and close to the foothills of the stunning Peak District National Park, which is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. If you prefer a little more hustle and bustle, Manchester city centre can be reached by train in only 10 minutes or 20 minutes by car and Manchester International airport is only a 20-minute drive away too Our experienced multi-disciplined veterinary team of 8 veterinary surgeons, 12 RVNs and 5 PCAs contains a number of Certificate holders in Small Animal Surgery and Cert AVP and are fully supported by a large and experienced nursing and clinical support team. About the role: Full or part time hours considered Consulting only role considered Full-time will be a 4 day week with share of the Saturday rota No OOHs 1 main operating site, 2 operating theatres, separate dog and cat wards, dental suite Fantastic opportunity to work in a team but also build your own client base Well-equipped surgeries Endoscopy, Ultrasound, Dental & Digital X-ray, Dental unit, Slit Lamp, Diamond burr, Multi parameter monitors The successful candidate will deal with a varied interesting caseload with focused support to further develop their career.
