You will be joining a company with strong values, one which genuinely respects its people and rewards them with uncapped commission. You will be given a position in our fabulous Cambridge showroom allowing you to benefit from our national advertising and gaining you access to our enviable database of quality leads. Full training and ongoing design support are provided to ensure that every Tom Howley Sales Designer achieves maximum success.
Responsibilities
* Sell bespoke kitchen design solutions to clients in the Cambridge showroom using the company’s design capabilities.
* Benefit from national advertising and access to a quality leads database.
* Engage in full training and ongoing design support to achieve maximum success.
Qualifications
* A strong sales record in the kitchen industry is desired.
* High calibre empathy and listening skills to understand client needs and sell solutions.
* Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and a commitment to customer service.
