Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing and communications activity across the Cultural Services team.
The role has a strong focus on digital channels, including website and social media, alongside providing on‑site marketing support for cultural venues and events.
This is a varied, hands‑on role, ideal for someone with a keen interest in arts, culture, and audience engagement.
Qualifications
Previous experience working with digital content management systems and sharing content on digital channels, familiarity with social media and email marketing, and prior experience in an arts context would be beneficial.

Position Details
Hours: 22.2 hours per week
Working Pattern: 3 days a week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £29,540 – £32,061 per annum (City Pay Band 3), pro rata for part time
Location: Flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
