Residential Development Lawyer
Lead and grow a Residential Development Practice in Scotland.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Residential Development Lawyer to join a leading UK firm in Edinburgh, taking a pivotal role in developing and expanding the firm's residential development offering in Scotland.
This position offers the chance to work with a diverse client base, including national house builders, developers and landowners, advising on:
* Strategic land projects
* Site acquisitions and disposals
* Option and promotion agreements
* Complex title and development issues
Applications are encouraged from those with a strong track record in residential development or broader real estate work, whether from a large commercial practice or a smaller firm environment.
The firm is also open to senior lawyers who:
* Have established client relationships or loyal client bases
* Have reached a natural ceiling in their current firm
* Bring a distinctive perspective, sector insight, or unique background
