Contract: Temporary (Until December 2025)
Planning & Marking: Required
Salary: 180- 200 per day
Are you a passionate and dedicated Religious Education teacher looking for a rewarding part-time role? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school in the Maidstone area seeking an enthusiastic RE Teacher to join their team from September through to December.
The Role:
* Teach Religious Education to KS3 and KS4 students
* Deliver engaging, thoughtful lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Plan and mark lessons (PPA time provided)
* Work collaboratively with the Humanities department
* Foster a respectful, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching RE at secondary level
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
