What You’ll Do
* Drive Digital Growth – Drive our eCommerce performance. You’ll lead strategies to optimise conversion, average order value, and customer engagement—ensuring every interaction adds value and strengthens loyalty.
* Champion the Customer Experience – From sign‑in to order fulfilment, you’ll oversee the complete online journey, aligning pricing, promotions, and workflows to create a seamless, customer‑centric experience.
* Leverage Data and Insight – Use analytics, A/B testing, and performance tools to understand customer behaviour and uncover opportunities. You’ll turn insights into actionable strategies that enhance results across all key metrics.
* Elevate Our Storefront and Content – Lead the digital merchandising and content strategy to ensure our products are presented clearly, attractively, and effectively. You’ll guide standards for naming, imagery, and navigation, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand.
* Advance Our Digital Platforms – Support our multi‑phase migration to BigCommerce and manage integrations with ERP, CRM, and analytics systems. You’ll help build the roadmap for continued platform development, user experience enhancements, and technical evolution.
* Streamline Operations – Manage the setup of new storefronts, order entry processes, and related operational systems. You’ll champion efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement throughout.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 7 years’ experience in eCommerce, with a strong record of driving digital growth and customer engagement
* Deep understanding of site merchandising, product content, search and checkout optimisation
* Experience with BigCommerce or similar platforms; knowledge of composable or headless commerce is advantageous
* Confident in using GA4 and analytics tools to inform strategy and decision‑making
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across IT, marketing, operations, and leadership teams
* Strong grasp of emerging digital trends, including AI, personalisation, and customer experience innovation
* Excellent communicator, capable of presenting complex ideas with clarity and confidence
* Inclusive and inspiring people leader, with a proven ability to build, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams
