Overview
This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Bromley store in the Glades Shopping Centre.
Responsibilities
* You support the store to achieve a customer-first experience by creating a visual identity and implementing it according to H&M guidelines, driving routines and selling, and supporting the team to deliver a Customer First Experience.
* You support, coach and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
* You ensure safety, security and administration procedures are always followed.
* You follow up on store KPIs and initiate actions to reach business targets and goals.

* Visual Merchandising and management experience

Availability 7 days fully flexible, weekends included.
