Liaising with both new and existing clients, your duties as Customer Account Executive will include:
1. Working with new and existing customers
2. Dealing with inbound and outbound sales calls
3. Creating own sales leads
4. Making outbound calls to new and existing clients
5. Following up inbound leads from marketing activities
6. Utilising social media to connect with new customers
You will be/have:
7. Passionate, driven, positive and enthusiastic with previous experience in a similar role
8. Comfortable making new business calls to prospective customers
9. A confident and pleasant telephone manner
10. Good computer skills
11. Excellent attention to detail
12. The ability to work on your own initiative to targets
